Get a check up. Stress over a period of time can impact the body negatively in many ways.  A visit to the doctor for a general physical is a great idea.

Create a Plan. You will feel better after you know exactly what you will do and where you will go if your user does not keep up his end of the agreement.  

Pray. You need to know that this is just a chapter in your life. It is happening to you for a reason which isn’t known to you now. Maybe it will make your relationship stronger. Maybe you are to be on a different path. Seek guidance and answers.
