Exercise. Your self image has likely suffered. Get outdoors or to the gym for a minimum of 30 minutes three
times a week.  Endorphins flowing through the body are just as effective as prescribed anti-depressants.  Do this
for yourself.

Get a check up. Stress over a period of time can impact the body negatively in many ways.  A visit to the doctor
for a general physical is a great idea.

stronger. Maybe you are to be on a different path. Seek guidance and answers.

Meditate. You can’t change him, you can only change yourself. When you feel your

Nurture relationships. You may have felt shell shocked by the revelation of the

Go to the salon. Get your hair done. And perhaps a pedicure too.
